01 General Terms & Conditions — Scope of Application

Baiee (https://baiee.onl) is an online gaming platform offering a wide range of gaming and betting services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to the baiee website, mobile application, and all associated services.

Each user may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The minimum age to use baiee is 18. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform. We take the protection of minors from gambling and gaming very seriously and make no exceptions in this regard.

Baiee reserves the right to request a government-issued ID, passport, or other verifiable documentation at any time to verify a user's age and identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

04 Payment & Deposit Rules

Baiee currently accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Providing the correct amount and reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.

The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300, and the maximum deposit limit is set by baiee. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted — the payment method and the baiee account must belong to the same person.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
• If a deposit fails, the amount will be returned to the relevant payment account within 24 hours.
• Baiee reserves the right to verify any unusual or suspicious payment.
• Transactions related to money laundering or illegal funds are strictly prohibited.

05 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Baiee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled. The wagering requirement for a welcome bonus is typically 15–30 times the bonus amount.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are subject to an expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Baiee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be terminated.
• Professional betting syndicates or groups are not eligible for bonuses.

06 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

All games on the baiee platform are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely fair and random. Our game providers' certifications are regularly audited by international auditors.

The use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to play on the baiee platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found engaging in such activity will be closed immediately.

In Sports Betting, match-fixing or placing bets based on insider information is strictly prohibited. Any winnings arising from such violations will be voided.

07 Withdrawal Rules & Process

To withdraw from baiee, your account must have completed full verification (KYC). Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. In certain cases, verification procedures may extend processing time to a maximum of 24 hours. Weekly withdrawal limits are set by baiee and may vary depending on the account tier.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Baiee reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
• An approved withdrawal cannot be cancelled.
• Baiee is not responsible for any funds lost due to an incorrect account number provided by the user.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baiee platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in baiee's system for personal gain.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Baiee treats the protection of users' personal information as a top priority. Your name, mobile number, payment details, and gaming history are kept strictly confidential and are never sold or shared with third parties.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your baiee account at any time. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account, as this may not be possible afterwards.

Baiee also reserves the right to close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons: violation of the Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, extended inactivity (over 12 months), or compliance with legal requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

Baiee is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues on the platform. However, affected users may submit a complaint through our support team.

12 Changes to Terms & Effective Date
